Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured to ensure the safety of your pets while in our care.

What types of pets do you care for?

We care for dogs, cats, small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, etc.), and some exotic pets. If you have a unique pet, let us know, and we’ll see if we can accommodate their needs.

How do I book your services?

You can book through our website. We recommend booking in advance, especially during holidays and peak seasons.

Do you offer last-minute pet sitting?

Yes, we try to accommodate last-minute requests, but availability is not guaranteed.

Can I schedule a meet-and-greet before booking?

Absolutely! We offer a free meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pet, discuss their needs, and ensure a good fit. It is mostly required prior to booking.

How will I know my pet is doing okay while I’m away?

We provide regular updates, including photos and videos, so you can feel reassured that your pet is happy and well cared for.

What happens in case of an emergency?

We will contact you immediately and follow your preferred emergency instructions. If necessary, we will take your pet to the nearest vet.

Will my pet be around other pets?

If requested. We also provide one-on-one care to ensure your pet gets individualized attention and a stress-free experience.

Do you offer overnight pet sitting?

Yes, we offer boarding. Overnight pet sitting at sitter’s house.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing depends on the type of service, duration, number of pets, and dates. Contact us for a detailed price list or customized quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, ApplePay, CashApp, Zelle and PayPal.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Cancellations made before 48hrs will receive a full refund. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Can you administer medication to my pet?

Yes, we can administer oral medications, injections, and other treatments as needed. Please provide clear instructions.

Do you take care of pets with special needs?

Yes, we have experience with senior pets and pets with medical conditions. Let us know about your pet’s specific needs so we can provide the best care.

Do you offer dog walking without pet sitting?

Yes! We offer dog walking service.

Will you bring in my mail or water my plants while I’m away?

Yes! Light home care (mail collection, plant watering, alternating lights) is included at no extra charge.
